Today, I realized that most people don’t truly know what they are doing with their lives or what they actually want. Surprisingly, many of these people are adults. Often, we prioritize others’ opinions when making decisions. While seeking guidance can sometimes be helpful, it can also lead to confusion.
I have experienced this myself, and I see many adults going through the same struggle. It is important to make decisions for ourselves, as that brings more clarity. Unfortunately, some people are forced into choices they don’t genuinely want.
We grow up believing that adults, successful individuals, or those ahead of us have everything figured out that they have a clear plan, complete certainty, and all the answers. But when you observe closely, you notice something very different.
People are guessing. They are trying, failing, adjusting, and moving forward.
It is not necessary for everything we do to be perfect or successful every time. Sometimes we fail, but in doing so, we learn something new something that stays with us forever. Making decisions doesn’t guarantee that they will always be right, but every mistake teaches us, and every success strengthens us.
Lesson: You don’t need to have everything figured out to move forward. Most people are figuring it out as they go and you can too.
